By submitting your contact information on our website, you consent to receive SMS messages from Grey Pine Systems related to your inquiry or our services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that are more than 14 days past due. The Website Only (one-time) service requires payment in full or as otherwise agreed before the site is transferred or made live.
Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period. One-time website projects are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where we have failed to deliver agreed-upon services.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the content and design of your website. Grey Pine Systems retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any proprietary tools, templates, or systems we use to build or operate your site remain our property.
For clients on monthly plans that include hosting, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep your website available. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, or circumstances outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grey Pine Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific business objectives or that any particular results (such as search engine rankings or lead volume) will be achieved. SEO and marketing results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Worcester County, Massachusetts.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
